Lighting Creation LLC,

Lighting by Design dba,

About the Owner

Alfred Walker began designing fine art lighting systems in 1983. Drawing upon years of experience in facilities

management at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, and through education and field experience, he has

developed and honed his expertise. He now consults with and designs lighting systems for museums, galleries, and

private collectors nationwide.

Light can damage or enhance an environment or works of art. One of the company’s primary objectives is to help

preserve works of art for future generations by practicing state-of- the-art lighting techniques. Each lighting system is

designed specifically for the client’s unique location. Using scientific methods, Walker evaluates the client’s space to

best create innovative and environmentally sustainable design solutions. Lighting by Design is dedicated to creating

exceptional fine art lighting and providing excellent customer service.
